I’m at a loss on this one. It’s signed and dated. I’m reading it as E.A. RYan 1991 200/750. Any thoughts? They’re black bear cubs. It’s solid bronze. I like it myself, so not being able to sell it won’t be the end of the world.

Thanks for your time. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1535034042.957817.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1535034059.141003.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1535034068.438140.webp

Lol - so i’m doing a google image search looking at random bronze bears when I see the identical one. I was like “Eureka!” But it is THE identical one I posted here on Tnet a half hour ago. How the heck is google that fast! It’s almost scary. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1535038136.925640.webp

Ok we’re getting somewhere — the E.A. is not the name - it’s short for epreuve d’artist - which is french for “Artists Proof”. I kept seeing E/A or EA or ea on other bronzes online - so that’s that. Good to know.

I don't know about bronzes, but with prints, there are usually very few A/P's. 750 seems like a complete limited edition run to me.

It’s bronze - applied or accelerated patina (except for the nose cones - they are polished to bare bronze).

Maybe wilhite. I’m surprised how many of these guys there are out there. Maybe Nick Ryan
