Help with a Dime & a Wheat

Was digging through my mom's change and ran across this 1981 Dime that has a "nickel reverse" stamped on the Obverse, hadn't ever seen anything like this and thought it was cool.

I also think this 1946 Wheat is a "D" over "S" variety but i'm having a hard time verifying.

Thanks,

Re: Help with a Dime & a Wheat

The dime was pressed up against a nickel in a vice. Can't tell if the mintmark is an OMM from this picture.

Either in a vice or just run over by a car or something. Can you get a head on pic of that wheaty?

This is the best shot i can get of it. It looks a lot clearer through a magnifying lens, in person.
