Found this dime rock hounding.... But, it`s got a bubble or something? And the back isin`t distorted?

I used to have pennies on my dash that warped and bubbled up from the heat. My guess is post mint heat damage

Modern US clad coinage has a tendency to bubble up when exposed to extreme heat.
Depending on the location of your find... I would say it was lost/tossed into a campfire and deformed.
