Hunting a property that dates back to 1683 - some great finds so far and have more pics to share, but these two items have me stumped.
The first is what I think is a buckle of some sort. I gave it a vinegar bath and took pics of various sides to see if anyone could help out.

The second is a coin, the same size as a large copper and it rang up as copper on my nox 600. I've included as much detail in the pics as possible to help with a possible id.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Unknown coin front.webpUnknown buckle2.webpUnknown coin reverse.webpUnknown buckle1.webpUnknown buckle3.webp

The "buckle" thing is a furniture caster frame missing the stem.

WW looks raised though......

It is raised, that's one of the weird things about this coin. Wish I could get a 3d rendering because at the bottom of the 2 "W"s there is an indentation.

It looks like a freehand removal of material to create the W.W. That may account for the indention you mentioned.
