Found this today was very tarnished cleaned it up with some silver cleaner!
I think it may be silver, no marks!
Military? age? any clue?

I's not American military that I've ever seen, where was it found? My first thought was maybe a police precinct, or fire company, but with just being the number it's kinda hard to even hazard a guess.
