Doesn't seem far fetched that somebody that writes jibberish also did it on a silver coin before sending it back lol.
 

@mAGma: I think you are on something here. Duck tales was very popular between 1987 to 1990. The silver price back then were very cheap $4-5.

...and 40%'ers were not kept. There was no market for them, and they were plentiful. You could cull all the 40%'ers and tie up your bank roll as you would hope to unload them for a slight premium over face OR you could dump them and use your bank roll to hunt 90%'ers.
