✅ SOLVED Help tiny hatchet for elves?

Found this in my yard. Non magnetic but curious as to what this is. A childs toy, an elfs hatchet.. what is it. I can make out what looks like washington hatchet. I hope someone knows what this oddity is.

Might be of a key ring, like a promotional theme.

It is the remains of a commemorative stickpin. It had a wood handle and the pin attached at the centerpoint of the back where you can just see the remains. They date to the 1932 bicentennial of old George's birth
