are they are recommending are deeply flawed -- like this fior exsample ---to be a "state approved atchie" you must belong to the certain "archie" group ---one of their recent by law changes of the group is that "no members shall work for anyone who sells artifacts" or they will be kicked out from membership ( so since salvors sell their part of the finds to make money from their work --- these PRA archies can not work for them--- if they do sign up to do so--- it means they will be kicked out of the RPA --thus you not on the "approved" list anymore cuz your not a member of the PRA anymore --so no permit ) --it blocks salvors from getting the "required" approved archie need to sign on to their project to get permits to work --there are several other nasty flaws in to the rule changes the state is offering all of which could be used as a means to deny permits -- about 50 salvors took time off of the hunting season to attend this rules meeting in tallahassee set at 1 pm on a thursday during the middle of their season --(I attended it) the state then read "e mails" that was to "carry the same weight as those attending voices did" --there was read into the record 93 "e mails" from various archies (several from "overseas" ---many out of state )--saying to stop all treasure hunting altogether--- so now they can say --well the "numbers for / against it is 50 to 93 so the public is FOR getting rid of treasure hunting "--- we need to let the state know how we "the people" really feel on this matter. thank you Ivan
