one of the coins on a belly dancer's costume. Doesn't even have to look much like a coin as no one is looking at it to figure out if it is real or not.

Oh I knew it was not a coin. Just wondering if it maybe depicted a specific Roman person? Also what it might be.

Mmmm, let me go look in the closet to see if the coins on my BD ensemble are like this :laughing7: :laughing7: In the meantime, you might want to check out this page:

Seriously speaking, is it thin & light weight or heavy? More than likely it is a 'charm' of some type that was on a costume, like belly dancing or the likes, or on a bracelet, earrings, etc.

Crikey. You had my imagination running riot then Breezie, with the mention of your B&D ensemble - then I realised ;D

It is on the this side and found in and around the older stuff. I was thinking a charm. I can tell it is older probably 50's or older. Thanks for the help.

Sorry Mate, just a bit of leg pulling. The closest match to a Roman profile would be Antoninianus Pius, but like you said not a coin...know idea of what it might be :-\
