Help reinstate my original account

I hope everyone is doing well. Idk if i am in the right thread, but i created an accout
on here about a week ago, and all of sudden my accound said i was blocked for spam. I literally sent two messages in response to a thread. IT would not even let me contact an administrator. I am looking to see if someone could help reinstate my original account. I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much and happy hunting.
