Help please

So a couple of weeks ago I found the gold plated sterling pin with the 45' attached to it and the initials RHL engraved in the back at my honey hole. We'll yesterday not 6 feet away I get this little squeaker. Another sterling pin with BGC on the front in onyx overlay. Don't know if the two are related. Is BGC a college? I can't find it. Maybe one of you guys recognizes it? Thanks for looking Mike
