Ok so I found this a while ago when I was metal detecting with my grandmother.

This is what I can tell so far.

Non-magnetic
Appears to be silver ore? Possibly
It looks like there is a indian headress on the coin
Appears to be more than one coin minted together
Looks like the number "3" or "5" on the back
I cant tell for sure but appears to be a horse head on the coin.

Any help is appreciated....

It looks like part of a melted aluminum can. Make a small scrape on it and see if it shines bright silver color. WELCOME to the forum, Breezie

Breezie- Thank you for the welcome. What will making a scratch do/prove?

It couldhelp you determine what it is. If you scratch it, and it's somewhat soft, and it looks shiny/silver color, then it may be burnt aluminum cans. Did you find it around what could have been a campfire or fire pit? Breezie

No it was by a wooded lot. No campfire areas around. I need to take better pictures. These were taken with my phone. It does however have chracteristics of silver ore. It seems to have some other mineral/deposits embeded on it. It was found in southern indiana.

I have a metal test solution that I use sometimes. You could take it to a pawn shop to test for silver to help narrow it down. Myself, I cant see the Indian head in the pic.
