Looks like igneous rock or possibly lava ?

It's a conglomerite of some type. Sedimentary rock...

It is more likely than not a piece of igneous rock. It appears to be andesite but it is hard to tell. i would recommend using an online guide, or ordering a good rocks and minerals book. I suggest "Rocks and Minerals" its a DK book and helps me identify all my minerals

Hard to say, but I'll throw out Breccia in the mix, but I can't be certain either outside of being a piece of the earth crust.
