✅ SOLVED Help on ID Tag

I need help identifying this ID Tag. It looks military but I had not found nothing similar base on the date of the tag. If it is military related I will love to return it to the owner or family member of the ID Tag.

I moved this post to "What Is It" from "Military/Battlefield Relics", to help identify. Being military myself, this one has me baffled.

How can I keep track of it Mr. Rat? I looked at "What is it" and I could not fine it. I am also a military member but I could not fine nothing related to this type of dog tags.

I found something similar a couple of years ago in a school sports field according to the military types it's a civilian knock off of military dog tags.
