Help on findings

I'm trying to figure out the two to the right. The D ring might be from my kids, although it looks old. The middle looked like a primer and heavy metal sound. The far right appears to be a small caliber bullet cut in half unless it went through another person. I can sent a flip pic to anyone if that would be helpful. Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I hope the pic is helpful. Thank you in advance, I've never dealt with a better group of helpful people.

Get a toothpick and clean out the back on the middle item. That almost looks like a shank that was flattened over. Could be a flat button. The last item almost looks Like a partially smashed round ball.... If that is a button and a roundball you could be on a really old site
