HELP!! Need Help In Identifying This Artifact

Found in San Antonio Texas. Do not know what this was used for or what it is. Maybe a drill of some sort. Found it while sifting. Have a pretty good size collection of artifacts I have found. Please help me identifying this artifact or what it was used for.

Read the rules and finaly figured out how to add a photo. There it is compared to a quarter

Well your item could be an artifact? It looks like the right kind of high silica type stone for chipping a cutting edge on, but it lacks allot of features such as fine flint knapping and other details to take it beyond just a piece of flint and to be deemed a true artifact find. To me, items like yours are a good sign that artifacts will be found in the area. Keep looking many fabulous finds have come from Texas.
