Help me IDing this power tool or machine, please (from Falcon Machinery Group)

Do you know what this power machine or tool is for? It has a motor underneath, and the only clue is a plate that reads "FALCON MACHINERY GROUP". Thanks!

What seems to be the cutting tool is under the black box with the red, white and blue sticker.

Looks like to run a plank through to cut a tongue and groove profile.

Can't seem to find Falcon Machinery Group.
