Welcome to the forum, Waterwings. When seeking information about an unknown type of find, you should post several photos of it with a ruler or measuring device next to it. Describe what kind of material it is made out of, if you can. Describe or photograph any markings/numbers/letters on the item. Also include a general area (farm/urban/battlesite, etc... in what county/state) that you found it in. Some smart folks peruse this site and will offer any help they can! Cheers, Sub
1st - I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard Waterwings! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forum: Select Your Area.... for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country). You might also consider adding your state (or country) to your displayed profile (SETTINGS -> EDIT PROFILE) - members may have more success helping you (your location may help, etc.)...
2nd - I moved ya from TODAY'S FINDS! over to WHAT IS IT? for more exposure.
I hope you will come back and give us more info on your object.
We are here to help solve your mystery.
Follow Subterranean's suggestions and post all the info you can.
