Help IDing round rock

Help ID'ing round rock

My son dug this up in a dirt pile. Any ideas on what it is?? It seems too round to be natural? It is about 4 inches in diameter. Thanks! We are in Oregon and the area has Indian and Pioneer history.

Probably, but I just did a search... it would have to be someone with a lot more knowledge in that area than what I have.
