Help ID'ing a cannon?

Can anyone help me ID this cannon I found? It measures 84cm long, about 33 inches. And the bore is 6cm. Looks like it would shoot about a 3lb ball? No markings what so ever. I think it could be 18th century. It's cast iron. Found in Massachusetts. Any help is much appreciated!! ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1434812349.622601.webp

Got it from a dealer. Originally was found in Massachusetts on land

Sorry, but it's not 18th century. The cascable and the mouldings are far too large and clumsy and out of proportion. The trunnions are too thin and too long. It is a later garden ornament.

Definitely not a garden ornament. Bored all the way down. I'm familiar with cannons and artillery. Just not this style

No markings anywhere? It looks like a signal cannon to me.... 6 CM is a bit over 2 inches, which seems pretty small to me for anything other than a swivel gun from an old ship.

I would guess swivel gun as well. I would be soooo wadding a golf ball to try it out. ;-)

This old thread has some real 18th century cast-iron swivel guns. http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/shipwrecks/21765-swivel-cannons-modified.html You should look at the cascable- the round button at the back- This example is cast much too big and has no neck. The trunnions - they're the pivots stick out- on the original gun are much thicker and shorter. Finally the mouldings on the gun barrel are much smaller and better made. The real 18th century guns have marks- in this case weights engraved on.
