I don't know if its my computer or your pics. looks like a lipstick tube but Ill try to adjust and get a better look.

I would say Lipstick tube like A2 said...so MANY sizes and variations...

Does it come apart? I do no think it's a lipstick tube. How would pull it out to use it. There should a pin a fixed to the inside pc, are ? ?there another slot on the on the other side. Is is steel or brass? That's my two cents. Thanks for posting, marion

Definitely a 30s era lipstick era lip-stick tube. I have found several.
