The yellow thing with the lines and the numbers looks like a tap measure to me...

Tape measure is just plain wrong. Not sure what the other artifacts are though.

Possible knife or scraper. The other stuff is really small, and don't know for sure, so I'll let someone else say what they think. Welcome to T Net, and yes, do post in the North American artifact forum.
