Help identifying paintings/artist

I went to a local thrift store and they were stocking some new (old) paintings. I saw a couple with matching initials (1 on old canvas) and decided to grab them for a few $$ each. I also snagged a print by a Native American named Rick Struckonehorse and was curious if anyone knew anything about him. I'll post a pic or two of the mystery initials and one or two of the print. Looks like that might be him. Now to identify the initials on the ocean paintings. It's proving to be quite difficult.
