Help identifying this ornament. Can anybody give me any information on this, please. Any help appreciated.
It's about 10 inches give or take. Green, red and blue colours.

I have no idea of the logo. Can't make it out.

the mark is very hard.it sorta looks like a gruesome animal face to me.
pigs nose, cartoon ducks head and a bad mouth
it looks like a vase,however how about a decanter without the top,looks kinda tapered in there.
