If it even is a clamp, it has wheels on it. Does anyone know what it is?

I feel like I've seen one before but I have no idea when or where.... I don't think it's a clamp for holding things together so much as it's meant to mount onto a bench or work piece... Nothing on the other side?

It's a C-clamp with a foot for alignment or leveling. The foot should have an adjusting screw on the back.

I think it's more "roller" than "clamp".
You clamp this to your working surface, and then whatever you're working on goes on top of the wheels, allowing you great freedom in positioning the work piece.

That's a guess, BTW.
I've never seen anything like this that I can recall.

Thats a tough one. How about a pic from another angle with a pencil in the pic for reference.
