help identifying furniture and maker

I got this table and it has a marker however I cannot find any info on him. Im pretty sure this is a 1970's two tier spindle table of some kind, but the maker seem unknown. More curious than anything. all info or opinion appreciated!!

1st - I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard jwallsinger! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. 2nd - I searched Google and couldn't find a thing on "Celix Charles" - I like his logo - must be small company - hope a member jumps in with information...
