Help identifying a bugle mouth piece

As you may see I am new here. We bought my son a detector for Christmas last year and haven't done a whole lot of hunting just a few times here and there. Today I decided I would go out and do a little hunting myself and it turned out pretty cool. Today was actually one of my most successful days. I found a bugle mouthpiece and am wondering what era it may be from. Hope you guys enjoy this find as much as I am lol.i also found a bunch of newer coins and two silver dimes. I will try to attach a photo. Thanks in advance for the input.

not much help with identifying the mouthpiece, but it doesn't look any different to me than the one for my brother's trombone when he was in the high school band in the late 60's

Agree. Looks like the ones from when I was in the high school band in the late 70's. No idea if they've changed much since then. That one looks to have been in the ground for a while.
