Help identify this rock

It is difficult to say much from the picture. What ever it is, it looks strange.
Some better and more close up pics would help.

Give us more to work with, can your finger nail scratch it? A knife? Can you flake off thin, shiny flakes?

Actually I found something similar to that. Someone said that mine was a big piece of petrified wood? It is as hard as a rock! in fact if you chip off little pieces it's damn near razor sharp! There's also a little pieces of fragments of it actually look like phone. I'm not sure exactly what that I still have the rock to.

Thank you. It also has pieces of wood that resemble bone coming through it!

The coolers in it is spectacular compered to some of the Blake or brown petrified wood you commonly find.

It is petrified wood and you can see the mineralization that has taken place. Really nice find. Take a piece to a rock shop and have them polish it. It will knock your socks off.
