Looks like a zinc anode. These are attached to sea going vessels. Zinc is more attractive for electrolysis in saltwater, and so will erode away first, before the steel or other metal fittings.

does zinc anode melts an ice fast in seconds? and has no reaction to 22 karat acid? does it also not heat up after minutes of heat test? thanks sir

Is it hollow? Looks like cast Iron to me.
It’s been machined flat on one side. Looks like part of a drill press jig.

actually it was a cube but we cut it into two. we put ice and the uce melts approximately 3 minutes. we used a torch for 5 minutes but you can still put your hand on it immediately. we also used 22 karat gold acid but no reaction.

Aluminum is a good conductor of heat and doesn't react to common diluted nitric acid like you use to test silver.
