I think this is an old Catholic Medal but can't find one like it online.

The letters on the front are: VIRGO SINE PECCATO OR CONC. My translation is "Virgin without sin" haven't had any luck on the or conc.

The letters on the back are very faded, my best guess is: SS SAC and L S LL or 11

Any help would be appreciated.

Nilgi..it definitely appears to be old, but as for the method of manufacture
I'm clueless. Could be Mexican made?

Yes, it is a catholic medal.

Frontside is St. Mary immaculata -> the text is latin referring to the immaculate conception

Backside I see two people praying in front of monstrance (for catholics, "this is my flesh" is taken literally). As to the text only SS makes sense to me since it means Sanctisimus (the most holy thing bread/flesh/Jesus personal).

Age: Hmmmmmm that is very hard to say but the style would point to earlier 19th century or 18th century. Of course it could be made later "in the style".

Touching by the way, as worn as it is a lifetime of hope, trust and prayer is behind it.

Greetings Namxat (who has been an altar boy in his youth and has now proven that he did not forget everything).
