I found these coins on a private Carribean Island with permission. The photos are paired as front and back of each coin. Some have definite counter marks and some may just be wear and tear. The cut coins seem to be danish but do not know the possible dates, the smooth coin , any ideas? The "Dumbloon" I thought was a gold dubloon but is a brass fake, hence the new name! Any help with id will be appreciated. Ran out of space will have to send another post Thanks Lloyd

Thanks Don for the info. Most of those coins were from that same time period but had counter marks or damage. It is nice to see what it looked like in real life! Lloyd

Well you do know something because the first is right, two sous marked with a larger T is for Tortola.

My best guess on the 2nd is another 2 sous stamped M for Montserrat.

Third appears to be unmarked.

4th - not sure, is it a raised stamp and is what we see in the last picture the dent from the other side? They don't appear to be the same.

5th Sure looks like a stamp but see nothing that's close.

6th not sure but someone or myself will probably be able to figure out.

Pretty cool stuff, and now it makes sense why you've had trouble with these.

Agreed on the bottom one looks like a danish 2 skilling.

Thanks for all the help! The Danish is 12 skilling the photo is hard to see the XII, I don't have a book with 12 skilling in it so not sure of date range. I had about 15 coins from the site that were similar, some were just beat up and there was one with S.K. for Saint Kitts that I gave to a friend who was born there. HH Lloyd

Thanks Timekiller Your photo is exactly what is on the coin. I guess I reduced the size too much and thought we could enlarge them while viewing. Will have to try the auto reducer in this site! You all have been a big help. The quarter cut coin in the other post is really hard to see but it is Danish also I believe. Lloyd
