Help Identify belt buckle

HELP IDENTIFY BELT BUCKLE

I found this belt buckle near the site of a World War II P.O.W. camp here in Oklahoma. I have been unable to find anything about it or even
another example of the buckle. Anyone know origin, if its military, etc? All help appreciated

My non-expert guess is it's a mason grand inspectors buckle. Year . Good luck ID"G it.

at first glance, you might think WW2 Italian, but I don't think the Italians ever used a double headed eagle. I believe your buckle is Masonic. by the way, during the war my Dad used to haul German pow's from the camp at Chickasha to work on the farms.

Definitely a masonic buckle. No clue on the age though.
