Ok I'm new to this forum and really excited about it. I have been relic hunting for a few years. I recently moved to the low country of SC and have a few items I'm not quite sure about. Any help would be great. Thanks and good hunting!

It's a brass piece of a kings head with crown. I tried to find a resemblance for the person or crown and could not.
It was found in a civil war camp site, however it could be older or more modern I just don't know.

Excellent find! He's got the long hair and mustache like :icon_king: Charles the second. Hard to really make out fine details on the crown. It's definatly a pipe/tabacco tamper. I've seen one with the same bottom. Did Good :occasion18:
