Help ID unit crest. ICBM unit?

Got a few boxes full of hallmarked unit crests, most re attached to a piece of paper stating unit name etc. The hallmark on the back is stamped "Artest of Hawaii. I cannot find this patch on the web and my fellow military buddies cant ID the crest either. So here i am again posting another mystery item. Also please note that there is a small sharp pin right next to the long pin that the clutchback goes onto on top and bottom.

Aresta of Hawaii excuse me

Charles Arista has been making reproductions of hard to find DIs for veterans reunions and collectors for several years with the Aresta of Hawaii or Charles Aresta, Hawaii. (CRA) mark.

do you think its just a generalized crest for service members who are or were in the ICBM section of the military? The missile looks too big to be any sort of SAM. Im just trying to get a good idea of what this may be so i can sell it honestly on ebay. hehehe thnx
