Just on a hunch I'm putting a dollar down on Kingman, AZ being the source of a few of the pieces. The carved eagle looks like a international import look a like native piece, but I could be wrong. Hopefully someone with a bit more in dept knowledge of southwestern turquoise will be able to shed a little more light on the subject then I can.

There a family member's items that I'm figuring out. So they're definitely from the 1920s/30s and real turquoise. There looks to be a few different types of turquoise. The only type that I know they aren't is sleeping beauty turquoise. The turquoise in the large pendant in picture 5 seems kinda green which isn't common in Arizona I think.
