Help ID This Lid Logo

[Ed-D]

It looks like a hawk or a falcon and has the "r" as registered, but I couldn't find anything about it. If you have a source for vintage registered marks, I'd like to know what that is.

It's made of a tin-like material and is a little bigger than a half dollar.

I could show the other side, but it's just a mirror image of the front.
