It’s toast, but hoping to get an idea of what it might be. It is thin, and has the same diameter of a few other 1700s coins that I have found. Any help would be appreciated. The back is completely wiped, so I did the best I could with lighting any detail.39313757-018B-4EDB-81FF-317990C5F4F6.webp7914D666-5D51-4669-A7D7-32104AD86710.webp514139EC-0B1F-43E5-965F-A89AFF8971B6.webp

If we're going by the standard English coins and not some exotic token or something else... I say William and Mary halfpenny (head looks too wide to be William III and I'm just assuming halfpenny because farthings seem to be found less and I don't know the size.) Very hard to tell with that little detail... Please post the reverse. It's not a KGIII or KGII.

What’s the size, or what are the other coins which you mentioned that it’s the same size as?

I was leaning toward a William and Mary because as you posted the bust seems to be too wide for a single bust.

I appreciate your input, and think you may have solved this. I was struggling to find similarities in the older varieties, which is why it’s great to post here. The reverse is really not worth a look, as I cannot identify any small details at all. I’ve added a couple of photos for size reference if you’re still interested in knowing. Thanks again for commenting.

Thanks for your interest in helping me identify this one. I’ve attached a couple of size reference photos if you’re still curious.

You are using a "Nova Constellatio" copper just for size reference or is that the coin in question?

I may be wrong but I would think any recognizable Nova Constellatio coin would be instant banner.

Yes, I was just using the Nova as a size reference. The Nova was my very first significant find last year.
