It's a copper 6 tornesi from the Italian kingsom of Naples and features king Ferdinando IV (1759-1805). It may be worth about $3 with heavy wear to around $20 with moderate wear to maybe $50 with light wear.
In case his kin gets upset, the correct spelling is Domenico. The "A" and "P" may have some association with Antonio Planelli (shown as the 'master brand'--whatever that means; maybe the designer of the coin?)
Ferdinand was styled both Ferdinand III of Sicily (October 6, 1759 - December 8, 1816) and Ferdinand IV of Naples (October 6, 1759 - January 23, 1799; June 13, 1799 - March 30, 1806; May 3, 1815 - December 8, 1816). When I saw "IV" versus "III", I assumed Naples over Sicily, though he's the same dude who also ruled Sicily--but as Ferdinand III.
