Help id small button found today

Hello everyone. I was hoping to find out something about this button found today at a site I've been hunting lately. I don't even know if it is that old. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Bob.
There is writing on the banner under the shield/crest but I can only make out some of the letters.

There was one posted similar last week I found one similar this year "honor is on mine on the banner . Can"t tell you what year but someone posted a date window on the one last week. All I can help you with. Rob
