Help ID Silver and More!

Hi there! The series of photos below are several things found with the compadre in various forest perseveres scattered around the northern chicagoland area. If you could shed some light on the two mystery items, verify the spoon is plated, and/or value the tootsietoy cars that would be very helpful. Thanks for looking!

Oneida Ltd. produced silverware from 1880 and are still in business today. The spoon you have dates to the 1930s Silver Tableware:Clarion Pattern Community Par Plate Year 1931 Silverplate with that marking "Oneida Community Par Plate"

Cast iron piece looks like a piece of cast iron pot with leg.

Tootsie Toy cars - Land Rover from the 60's or 70's & sedan from the 50's.

The roundish disk looks like a puddle of lead.
