The piece in the middle of your second picture is a deer toe bone. Nice Points!

There's a guy on here named Road Dog who's very knowledgable about points from your area. He hasn't posted in a while but maybe you can contact him directly for more info. From his posts, I'd say the framed point on the lower left certainly looks to be a Guilford.
 

the long one with the aricular ( shaped base is more than likely very old 8,000-10,000ya, but my knowledge is limited to the central us so I cant say for sure that's also true for N.C.
