To me in pic2, it looks like it's seen use wear. Not necessarily made by man but possibly used as it was found.

That's what I think as well. Some of the old sharpening stones for scythes and other big farm tools weren't made from modern composite materials, they were made and used locally.

Yes, scrapers and an arrowhead. But there is also a bottle dump there as well.

Not familiar with material from your area but I would hang on to it. I have many of boxes of rocks that I call " potential to be something ".

Thank you all for your replies. I’m not sure why Indiana_acklac is having so many issues with this post... but I genuinely thank all the input. I post here to get peoples takes on things. I am also not the type to argue. I know a genuine artifact when I find one. But sometimes even the top hunters struggle to Id something ( and I’m no where close to an expert) so again thanks for all the help.
