Welcome to Tnet.

This appears to be a composite piece from two different makersā€¦ either assembled that way, or because one piece has been replaced as a repair. If it has been repaired, usually itā€™s the clasp that gets replaced.

The 750 mark with the ā€˜60 TVā€™ is an Italian mark for 18k gold. The ā€˜TVā€™ is for the province of Treviso in Northern Italy and the ā€˜60ā€™ is the registration mark for a company called ā€˜Tecnigold S.P.a.ā€™ based in Borso del Grappa in Treviso. Founded in 1979 by Francesco Piotto and best known for high quality machine-made gold chains.

The other 585 mark is for 14k gold but I donā€™t recognise the stylised eagle wings German maker mark. Modern jewellery isnā€™t really my thing, and I would assume itā€™s a relatively modern mark. Anything marked ā€˜Germanyā€™ in English will have been made for export but I donā€™t know if Tecnigold used German-made clasps on their jewellery or if a German maker used Tecnigold chains on assembled jewellery made for export.
