Hello everyone!!! I got this awhile back and have not really researched it at all! So why not show ALL the Intelligent people on TN!!!
The picture's should be obvious as to what it is but i guess it was NOT the case w/me! It appear's that it was on a machine of sorts due to the hole where a handle should be,It look's Threaded..As all of us know YOU DON'T KNOW IT ALL Nor have we SEEN it all,That said i have never seen an axe head like this.Could it be custom made?:dontknow:,As seen in pic's the head is stamped/incused with the letter's W.A.&T.CO...This i have NO idea of what company this is.I'm sure it has something to do with the logging industry here in PA.
Well i'm NOT sure but common sence dictate's it has a connection.
The rest should be obvious as i said,And saying that i mean no MALICE in any way shape or fourm,Fourm:laughing7: get it?...So any help on this will be greatly appreciated:notworthy:!!!
HAPPY HUNTING ALL!!!,Thank's for LOOKING!

Not an axe head.

It's a bucking wedge.

You pound those in over the buck-saw so the blade doesn't bind.
