Help i could use some assistance...

I dug these today at the local park. This park dates to the early 1700s.
This fob is dated on the back...at the very bottom... 1870 The one word i can read is commemorative.

I am not sure about the cowboy..

Nor am i sure about the age of this badge that i scraped the crap out of.
