Maltby Stevens & Curtis

MSC was in operation from 1890-1898, the 092 may refer to the date 1892. I know that MSC became part of International Silver, and Watrous, after 1898
Maltby, Stevens & Curtiss & Company of Wallingford, Connecticut were successors to Maltby & Stevens Spoon factory in 1890. The Company was purchased by Watrous and ceased operation in 1896.
