I think i have seen a pic of that carving before, can't really remember at the moment where, but i'll look and post if i have any luck....

boomer,

There is a picture of an Indian head and a boot carvingon page 70 of Hensons's Lost silver mines and buried treasures of Kentucky. Its anot quite like that one not as detailed. I can scan it in if you want it is a photocopy and not real plain. Its from the story "Indian Gold in Bullitt County".

Curtis, thats the one i'm looking for. thanks

Yes, thanks Curtis... I have just got done reading that Henson book, i believe that was what i was referring to. Ive read so much in these past few months, that sometimes i confuse myself.

Yeah, Ki,

I know that feeling! Taking in too much too quickly.....and I can't remember where one half of it came from and where the other half went!

Boomer, Curtis, HCA....
The pic looks to have other marks above the Indian head, ill work with this a little and see if i cant pull something out. would really love to have the real picture of this.

I agree HCA to much input can cloud the mind sometimes...lol -Ki-
