HELP Cant reset password

HELP Can't reset password

Have been trying to fix this for two months and need advice. I have my Tnet password saved in Windows Explorer, so logging on from my computer isn't a problem. But, I don't recall my password, and can't get on with my Ipad. I have tried repeatedly to use the "reset password' but it never sends me a reset e-mail. And yes, I have checked my email spam folder and it is not there.

I have tried resetting my password after I log on via my computer, but Tnet asks me for my current password before I can do it. Windows won't auto load that so I can't manually make the change.

Anyone have suggestions??

Susan I can get admins to fix it. I will post your request on the admin board..
 

Apparently reset only partially worked, as I can no longer get in via my computer either now but have not been sent or received reset instructions. I have set up a second account so I can communicate re the item I have for sale. Will try Smalltown one more time.

Did you put new password in desktop?

Don't worry about 2nd account, we will merge them when it is fixed...

No, it was auto saved long ago in Explorer and it worked until this am.
 

I think I have this problem fixed. Waiting for confirmation from Susan.
 

Confirmed, and "2" account merged into original account.

Old password for desktop should have stopped working when they gave you new password...

Glad everything is working good now.....
