Help before tomorow morning......

Has anyone opened the display portion of your DFX? I think it pry's open? Don't want to mess it up. Can't see any screws anywhere. I need to replace my toggle switch. Suposed to do a hunt tomorrow morning. I'm Bumming out........

Well I got it open. Which is a pry open case. Thought I could steal the switch out of my classic ID - NADA NOPE oh well........ Ordered one on line.

Might be a little late for you, but do you have a Rat (Radio) Shack close? Might luck out & get one there.

That is why it is always wise to have a good back up detector-you just never know

I did order my switch. Radio Shack didn't have one like these. I also called Whites to see if I voided my warranty by opening the box. They told me it didn't void the warranty

Since it's still under warranty, I'd see if White's would next day another switch to you. It'd be cheaper than them benching it & shipping it back to you! They can't dshoot you for trying!
