hi, People, i'm new to this forum, before that, I've tried several means to identify the artists of these paintings, but had no luck, so can any one help me please?

First painting, I did a wild guess, the artist name might be Alary, I checked askArt.com, there's Gerald Alary, Raymond Alary, I don't know is this artist any of these two?

Second painting, I had no idea what the author is.

Can any one help me with these two painting?

Can't help you much, but I haven't a clue on the first painting. The second image, I'm not familiar with the artist, but it is a high quality work. Obviously, a limited edition lithograph. It's tedious, but sometimes a image search can uncover the identity. It's from an edition of 100, so there are 99 more of these somewhere. Right after the numbering appears to be the name of the piece, "The L**ts?". Is that a dotted "I" after the "L"?

If you want to know more, you may wish to contact the Cape Ann Museum and ask them about your picture and the Romano School of art that he founded: 27 Pleasant Street, Gloucester, MA 01930 978-283-0455; or see if they have an Email address.
